We begin with a simple conviction: the ambition to build a healthcare facility deserves a clear, practical path to becoming one.
Across Nigeria and the diaspora, people have ideas for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare services. Turning those ideas into facilities that can operate responsibly requires connected decisions about the market, capital, location, people, specialist input and day-to-day operations.
AURVO exists to help investors and operators make those decisions in the right order.

Our work brings together Investment Strategy Sessions, Feasibility & Business Plans, Development Consultancy, Turnkey Development coordination and Post-launch Advisory. Each engagement begins with an agreed scope, clear responsibilities and an honest account of what is known, what is assumed and what still needs to be verified.
We coordinate appropriately qualified professionals for specialist and regulated work. We aim to make the process visible: the workstreams, the decisions, the owners and the next action.
